The convicts accepted a job to try and recover a ship from a very hostile insectoid planet. Amazing research rolls gave them all the information they needed to decide how to approach the ship. The Convicts decided it was better to brave the dangers of the abandoned city rather than attempt to sneak past the Insectoid encampment close to the downed ship.

They discovered a squad of Florans scattered throughout the city, including a truly giant Floran in the center of town. All of them Florans were grievously wounded from Dinosaur attacks, but again, great rolls allowed them to save all the Florans. The dinosaurs (especially the T-Rex) did not fare as well!

Once aboard the ship, there were even more incredible rolls to repair and get the ship up and running. Hitler and Clara (I think) went back to the spaceport to get their ship.

Some amazing flying allowed them to escape the planet before the insectoids could stop them, however…they are in hot pursuit!

Now some questions need to get answered!

  1. Are you going to attempt to return the ship to the unknown entity that hired you?
  2. Are you going to take the Florans home first (there are other options too, if you can think of them)? (They can’t fit on the Star Venture, so would have to use the repaired ship (Transponder shows the ship’s name is “TC-001001034”).
  3. Are you going to attempt to discover why the ship is so important that it needs to be returned?
  4. You have $13,000 worth of personal weapons aboard the ship. Just look through the book and “buy” what you want. Again, personal weapons only.
  5. You have $8,500 of goods to sell. I will explain how this price could go up or down depending upon to whom you sell it.
  6. Both ships need refueling and provisioned.  If you are keeping the ship, I will get you the stats for it.
